Applying, scheduling and paying any fee are between you and the agency — through USAJOBS, the agency’s own careers site, or the notice of examination for a city or state title. We prepare you for the test. Everything else about the process is the agency’s.

No. We never see an agency’s result and no agency ever sees anything you do here. Your practice, your readiness estimate and your history are yours; there is no reporting relationship with anybody, and there is no third-party analytics or tracking in this product.

No. A list number depends on everyone else who sat the exam and on the agency’s own process, and nobody outside the agency can compute it. Where an agency ranks rather than passes, we give you a rank band with its confidence — an honest estimate of where your preparation stands, clearly labeled as an estimate. Anyone quoting you a list number is guessing.

No, and they never will be. Every item here is composed from the agencies’ and vendors’ published outlines and preparation guides. We do not reproduce, collect, buy or sell remembered questions from any test. A product selling you “actual questions” is either lying or doing something you do not want to be associated with on a background investigation.

The Postal Service applies a one-year wait after a score below 70 on a Virtual Entry Assessment. Confirm the current rule with the Postal Service before you plan around it. What we can do is make the year count: your profile stays here, and everything you learn during the wait is still there on the day it lifts.

They differ by agency and by exam, and several of them have changed in the last few years. We put the current published rule in each exam’s material and tell you to confirm it — because a page that quietly carries a rule from three years ago is worse than a page that admits it might be stale.

The October 2025 format has job knowledge, English expression and a logical-reasoning section; the situational-judgment section and the personal-narrative essays are gone, and there is no passing score — candidates advance by rank. A lot of the preparation material still on sale describes the previous version, which is worth knowing before you buy any of it, ours included.

Earlier than feels necessary, because in this market the window is almost never yours. A postal invitation gives you 72 hours. A notice of examination opens and closes on the agency’s calendar. The useful state to be in is ready before the email arrives, which is a different plan from cramming after it does.
